International Protection of Gender and Children Rights

The course covers issues as the international legal regulation of women and children and their protection mechanisms, the practice of international courts. We consider the international legal instruments provided the rights of children and scientists working on the interpretation of these rights, protection and international isnturmenty isntytutsiyi working in the field of child parv. Separately examined women's rights provided mizhnirodnym law with an emphasis on more naholoshuvani international community, such as trafficking of women, violence against women.
